Account Executive

Republic Services is seeking an Account Executive to identify leads, prospect, and sell new business within an assigned geographic area. This role involves selling a full suite of waste and recycling products and services to commercial and industrial clients, requiring regular client meetings, sales presentations, and closing deals.

• Identify and acquire new commercial, industrial, and recycling business
• Meet and exceed monthly targeted revenue goals
• Deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Utilize Salesforce for daily activities and customer profiling
• Develop awareness of market behavior and competitive trends
• Maintain knowledge of company services, lines of business, and pricing
