About this role
UserGems, an AI Command Center for outbound and ABM, is seeking a hands-on VP of Sales to lead and scale their sales team in a high-growth environment. This role involves refining sales strategy, building operational structures, and driving revenue growth from $20M to $100M ARR. The ideal candidate will be a player-coach with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales and team leadership.
What we are looking for
6- Lead, coach, and scale mid-market and enterprise AEs and AMs
- Design and evolve team structure for scaling ARR
- Maintain a high-performance culture and act as a player-coach
- Own team quota attainment, forecasting, and pipeline health
- Initiate and own process iterations for enablement and compensation
- 7+ years B2B SaaS sales, 5+ years managing AEs
