Sales Executive

Roche is seeking a Sales Executive to manage accounts and drive sales achievement in an assigned territory. You will focus on developing new accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and proactively resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with distribution partners and the Professional Service team.

• Manage existing accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction
• Develop new accounts with close follow-up of sales opportunities
• Maintain good customer relationships with key personnel
• Proactively solve customer complaints and troubleshoot issues
• Coordinate with distribution partners and third parties
• Work closely with the Professional Service team for post-sales support
