About this role

Hightouch is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect to serve as the technical counterpart to their partner sales team. This role involves building relationships with technical leaders at ISV and SI partners to position Hightouch as a preferred CDP and Agentic Marketing partner. A portion of the role also includes gathering partner feedback to drive product changes and ensure successful integration.

What we are looking for

Own technical relationships with partner SEs, PMs, and alliance leadership
Build custom demos, labs, and joint solution content
Run enablement sessions for partner SEs and AEs
Provide deal-level technical support
Translate partner feedback into product input
Project-manage partner-driven roadmap items
