Account Executive

Beneva, Canada's largest mutual insurance company, is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive national expansion. This role focuses on building and strengthening relationships with brokers, consultants, and TPAs to promote group insurance solutions and generate new business. Success requires deep industry expertise, a strong network, and proven sales and business development abilities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and TPAs
• Promote Beneva’s group insurance solutions and communicate value
• Develop deep knowledge of group insurance offerings
• Present and sell new business proposals and renewal recommendations
• Monitor and assess existing plans, recommending improvements
• Conduct proactive outreach to identify growth opportunities
