Staff Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

AlertMedia is seeking a Staff Solutions Engineer to serve as a senior technical advisor for enterprise customers. You will partner with sales to drive technical strategy, design solutions, and present to executives. This role also involves mentoring peers and influencing best practices within the Solutions Engineering team.

• Own technical strategy for large enterprise opportunities
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives on account strategies
• Lead consultative technical discovery sessions
• Design and lead enterprise proof of concepts
• Advise customers on integrating AlertMedia into complex environments
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Solutions Engineering team
