Account Manager, Employee Benefits

Hub International is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage employee benefits programs for clients. You will build strong relationships with clients and carriers, analyze insurance plans, and lead the implementation and resolution of benefit strategies and enrollment processes.

• Manage employee benefits programs for clients
• Build and maintain client and carrier relationships
• Analyze insurance plans and market trends
• Lead benefit strategy development and implementation
• Manage enrollment and billing processes
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits insurance
