Enterprise Sales Account Director

Five9 is seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Director to manage and grow relationships with a defined set of existing enterprise accounts. This role focuses on establishing trust, driving new revenue through upselling and cross-selling Five9's cloud contact center software, and ensuring customer retention. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in complex sales cycles and a hunter mentality.
