Account Executive

This role supports a Broker in managing and servicing commercial casualty insurance accounts throughout their lifecycle. You will handle post-bind servicing, policy issuance, endorsements, invoicing, audits, and renewals, providing exceptional service to retail broker partners. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

• Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned accounts
• Support Broker with new business and renewal opportunities
• Review policy documents for accuracy
• Serve as primary point of contact for service inquiries
• Maintain accurate account information and documentation
• Partner with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
