Technical Sales Engineer

Serve as the technical bridge between the company and its customers, offering expertise in polymer materials and plastics processing. You will resolve customer technical challenges, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure successful product implementation. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and customers to deliver practical solutions and drive success.

• Provide technical support to customers troubleshooting polymer compounds and cable materials
• Collaborate with customers to identify root causes of material and processing challenges
• Support qualification and commercialization of new materials through plant trials
• Assist customers with extrusion, compounding, and cable manufacturing processes
• Evaluate field performance data and customer feedback for continuous improvement
• Conduct on-site customer visits, technical presentations, and training sessions
