Business Development Account Representative

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and Carpenter Technology, managing accounts and providing comprehensive support. Build strong customer relationships, understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure high service levels while collaborating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as primary point of contact
• Develop thorough understanding of customer requirements and identify solutions
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accountability for daily account activities and order management
• Support selling strategies through proactive outreach to new and existing customers
• Create and maintain customer-specific account documentation
