As a Customer Care and Sales Advisor I at Sparklight, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with billing inquiries, service scheduling, and product changes. This role involves building customer relationships, resolving issues, and retaining customers by demonstrating the value of Sparklight's products and services through a blend of service and sales skills.

• Learn and apply retention sales and customer care concepts
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone or ticketing systems
• Handle customer-facing duties including billing, service, and product changes
• Utilize telephone-based selling skills to build rapport and upsell services
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals
• Accurately and efficiently input orders
