About this role

Lead regional automation deployment and execution for a global healthcare technology leader. This role drives end-to-end automation programs, develops engineering talent, and ensures consistent application of standards and best practices across manufacturing sites in the Caribbean Region.

What we are looking for

Lead deployment of AMRs, cobots, automated cells, and vision inspection systems
Own automation execution from concept to production release
Manage regional automation portfolio, including schedules, budgets, and resources
Guide development of automation architectures and evaluate emerging technologies
Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and site engineering teams
Lead engagement with OEMs and system integrators
