Sales Engineer

Air Products is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive new business and maintain existing customer relationships in the Cangzhou, Hebei region. This role involves achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance business development and operational efficiency.

• Achieve new business signing KPIs including numbers and volume
• Maintain existing business and achieve over 98% customer retention
• Collaborate with CT, Marketing, and other teams for business development
• Manage DSO and ensure healthy customer payments
• Responsible for contract management and execution
• Drive price strategy and achieve price increment KPIs
