Senior Technical Solutions Consultant

VTS is seeking a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to act as the primary technical liaison for clients in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on the VTS Activate product suite. You will leverage your property management and technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions, provide advanced technical support during sales, and influence product development.

• Serve as SME and technical leader for VTS Activate integrations and partnerships
• Design and deliver advanced technical demonstrations for prospects and clients
• Provide advanced technical support during the sales process and act as technical closer
• Own solution reporting for VTS Activate deals
• Lead knowledge transfer and upskilling initiatives for internal teams
• Collaborate with clients to understand workflows and identify software implementation opportunities
