Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at ReliaQuest, you will be the technical expert guiding security leaders on how to transform their Security Operations Center (SOC) with agentic AI. You will partner with sales to demonstrate the power of our GreyMatter platform, showcasing how it unifies security tools, automates tasks, and accelerates threat detection and response for leading global brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of our product by bringing customer insights back to the engineering team.

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand prospect security operations challenges
• Lead technical discovery and deliver compelling demonstrations of the GreyMatter platform
• Articulate the value of agentic AI and automation in reducing toil and improving SOC efficiency
• Build technical business cases quantifying risk reduction and operational improvements
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to security leaders from analyst to CISO
