Phoenix Contact is seeking a contract Business Development Manager for their Energy division in Southern California. This customer-facing sales role focuses on driving growth within engineered projects and applications in the US National Electrical Grid sector. The ideal candidate has a background in engineering and sales, with experience in application-based selling and stakeholder engagement.

• Manage business development efforts for engineered projects and applications
• Drive growth and support hub strategy execution
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and industry teams
• Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools
• Focus on low voltage technology in the Transmission and Distribution sector
• 5-10 years of experience in business development, engineering projects, or technical sales
