Counter Parts Sales Representative

FleetPride, a leading heavy-duty truck and trailer parts distributor, seeks a Sales Representative to provide in-person and phone sales of parts to customers. This role involves determining customer needs, locating parts, setting prices, handling warranties, and processing special orders and returns. The position requires a high school diploma, intermediate computer skills, and at least two years of sales experience, preferably in heavy-duty automotive parts.

• Provide sales of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts
• Determine customer needs and suggest related parts
• Locate and obtain parts from warehouse or branch
• Handle pricing, warranties, special orders, and returns
• Maintain product knowledge and study catalogs
• Ensure parts counter area is clean and organized
