GAF Commercial is seeking a remote Technical Sales Representative to join their Commercial Coatings Sales team. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, generating leads, and influencing key decision-makers in the commercial construction process to drive sales for GAF and its customers. You will manage projects, support distributors, build relationships with contractors, and utilize various sales and data tools.
What we are looking for
6- Identify and generate leads in the commercial roof coatings industry
- Influence architects, owners, engineers, and contractors
- Manage project sales cycles and distributor relationships
- Build and train preferred contractor base
- Utilize Dodge Analytics and Salesforce CRM for lead generation
- Participate in industry associations and trade events
