HVAC Account Executive

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Account Representative to sell service offerings to building owners, focusing on HVAC systems. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, building customer relationships, and expanding the company's presence in target accounts.

• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings to owners, primarily at the Director level
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships and partnerships
• Drive the sales process to qualify, pursue, and close new opportunities
• Develop partnering relationships that increase penetration of HVAC Systems and Services
• Work with contractors and consulting engineers on bids and specifications
• More than eight years of relevant experience, with at least two years in consultative field sales in the HVAC industry
