Account Executive

Republic Services is seeking an Account Executive to identify leads and sell waste and recycling solutions to new commercial and industrial clients within an assigned geographic area. This role involves prospecting, delivering sales presentations, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet revenue goals.

• Identify and acquire new profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business
• Prospect and sell full suite of Republic Services products and solutions
• Deliver sales presentations and close deals with key decision makers
• Utilize Salesforce for daily activities and customer profiling
• Develop awareness of market behavior and competitive trends
• Minimum 2 years of direct selling experience
