Inside Sales Account Executive

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and growing our broker base within your assigned territory. You will create and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with prospective accounts and brokers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client implementation and retention. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and a commitment to achieving revenue goals.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals
• Solicit and grow broker base within assigned territory
• Build rapport and solid business relationships with prospective accounts and brokers
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Market Directors
• Provide plan design options, sales information, and rate quotations
• Three years of sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
