About this role
Manage and grow relationships with approximately 50 enterprise services sellers, focusing on account expansion, retention, and satisfaction. Consult with executives to identify opportunities within Square's ecosystem and design customized solutions. Act as a customer advocate, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated outcomes and resolve critical issues.
What we are looking for
6- Own and maintain relationships with ~50 enterprise services sellers
- Drive account expansion, retention, and satisfaction
- Consult with business owners and executives on payments, business management, and banking tools
- Design and implement customized solutions
- Act as the voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, and Operations
- Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing
