HVAC Account Sales Executive

As an HVAC Account Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Johnson Controls' service offerings to building owners and decision-makers. You will build trusted, long-term customer relationships by positioning renewable service agreements and identifying opportunities for expansion. This role requires a consultative sales approach combined with technical insight to drive customer value and account growth.

• Sell HVAC service offerings to building owners and Director-level decision makers
• Build and manage long-term customer relationships
• Position renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed accounts
• Identify and close new sales opportunities for services and retrofits
• Expand Johnson Controls' offerings within existing accounts
• Minimum 5 years of progressive field sales experience in HVAC or Building Automation
