Leasing Professional - The Parlor (Student Living)

This role is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals for student living communities. You will handle all aspects of sales and leasing, from greeting prospects and conducting tours to processing applications and ensuring a smooth move-in for new residents.

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments
• Process applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks
• Prepare lease and move-in packages, ensuring a smooth resident move-in
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy
• Execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community
• Track apartment availability and manage resident/prospect data using property management software
