HVAC Sales Account Representative

Johnson Controls is seeking an HVAC Sales Account Representative to manage and grow assigned customer accounts by selling service agreements, repairs, and building performance solutions. This role involves building trusted relationships with facility and business leaders to improve building performance and achieve operational goals.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts
• Sell Johnson Controls service offerings, repairs, and retrofit solutions
• Identify, qualify, develop, and close new sales opportunities
• Develop relationships with facility, operations, and business stakeholders
• Expand the breadth of Johnson Controls’ solutions within assigned accounts
• Drive customer retention through proactive account management
