This consultative sales role involves engaging with warm leads, understanding customer needs, and recommending solutions to drive sales and earn uncapped commissions.

• Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and text
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions
• Upsell additional services when appropriate
• Manage multiple orders and conversations
• Hit performance goals tied to orders processed and commission
• Base pay of $17/hour plus uncapped commissions, with potential to earn $70k+ annually
