Pool Inside Sales Account Manager

Pentair is seeking a Pool Inside Sales Account Manager to join their team in Charlotte, NC, or Coppell, TX. This hybrid role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with existing smaller builder accounts, driving revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You will manage a sales pipeline, conduct discovery calls, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of existing smaller builder accounts
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand dealer needs and pain points
• Craft and present tailored product solutions to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Manage sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and meet sales quotas
• Lead contract negotiations and close new business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales Operations, and Technical Support
