Sales - Account Manager

Manage day-to-day relationships for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely response to requests and issues. You will support the execution of account plans, track customer interactions in CRM, and respond to inquiries about products, pricing, and order status. This role also involves supporting renewal and upsell activities by identifying customer needs and preparing standard account reports.
