Account Executive

WROC/RochesterFirst is seeking an Account Executive to join their sales team in Rochester, NY. This role involves increasing sales volume with assigned accounts, acquiring new TV and digital business, and developing customized advertising solutions for clients. The position requires a consultative seller who can build relationships and deliver measurable results.

• Achieve and exceed revenue goals through new business development and account growth
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the local business community
• Prospect, qualify, and secure new advertising clients across television and digital platforms
• Sell integrated marketing solutions including broadcast television, streaming/OTT, CTV, display advertising, social media, email marketing, programmatic advertising, branded content, sponsorships, and station integrations
• Develop customized advertising strategies that help clients achieve their business and marketing objectives
• Represent WROC-TV and RochesterFirst.com at community events and business functions
