Account Executive - Digital Solutions

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their North America Digital Sales team. In this role, you will guide established clients through digital transformation by unlocking the value in their data and designing comprehensive software solutions. You will drive pipeline growth, manage end-to-end deals, and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Drive pipeline growth within a dedicated portfolio of 24 existing accounts
• Conduct in-depth discovery and whiteboard sessions to architect tailored digital transformation solutions
• Own the complete sales cycle for complex software opportunities
• Collaborate with RIM and ALM sellers to maximize account penetration
• Travel up to 25% for onsite client meetings and strategy sessions
• 5-7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or executive-level sales in Enterprise technology
