Service Sales Engineer

Carrier is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive sales for HVAC service solutions in Thailand. This role involves promoting service agreements, preventive maintenance, and repair solutions for chiller and non-chiller systems. You will build customer relationships, understand their needs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

• Promote and sell HVAC service solutions including Service Agreements, Preventive Maintenance, Repairs, and Upgrades
• Identify opportunities to expand service business with existing and new customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
• Coordinate with internal service and technical teams to resolve customer issues
• Support business development activities and contribute to achieving sales targets
