About this role

Databricks is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to guide large enterprises in becoming more data-driven, focusing on the Retail, Travel, and Hospitality sectors. You will define and direct technical strategies for key accounts, driving adoption of ML & AI solutions and leading customers through their data transformation journey.

What we are looking for

Serve as the primary technical voice for 1-5 key clients
Lead customers through evaluating and adopting Databricks solutions
Implement technical strategies aligned with customer goals
Cultivate a community of technical champions within client organizations
Possess 5+ years of experience in Retail/CPG with large enterprise accounts
3+ years in a pre-sales or sales support capacity
