About this role
Epiq is seeking a Software Sales Associate to join their new Inside Sales group, focusing on SaaS eDiscovery solutions. You will develop expertise in eDiscovery and the Epiq Discover+Assist application, positioning Epiq as a trusted advisor to clients and identifying opportunities to modernize their eDiscovery platforms. This role involves qualifying prospects, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with Account Directors to achieve revenue targets.
What we are looking for
6- Develop subject matter expertise in eDiscovery and SaaS application
- Position Epiq as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects
- Qualify prospects through active listening and solution content sharing
- Maintain a high call volume and manage sales pipeline
- Partner with Account Directors to align prospecting strategies
- Minimum 5 years of inside sales experience selling SaaS platforms
