Account Executive

Join Marsh's Health and Benefits team in Sydney as an Account Executive. You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing expert advice on group life and salary continuance insurance, from strategy and new business to ongoing account management. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the office and offers the chance to build strong client relationships and contribute to meaningful outcomes.

• Consult on group life and salary continuance insurance for SME clients
• Manage renewals, placements, and insurer negotiations
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners
• Build and maintain effective client and insurer relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance standards
