Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager

HUB International is seeking a Senior Employee Benefits Account Manager to support a Strategic Account Executive. This role involves building client and carrier relationships, managing client files, and serving as a subject matter expert on employee benefits plans. You will also be responsible for educating clients and their employees on plan changes and administrative procedures.

• Serve as primary contact for client and carrier inquiries
• Maintain client files and ensure compliance
• Attend client meetings as a Subject Matter Expert
• Review plan documents for accuracy
• Draft communications and conduct employee education sessions
• Coordinate plan implementation and renewals
