Senior Solutions Engineer – Systems Integration (BESS)

You will be the technical owner responsible for the electrical and functional integration of BESS subsystems, ensuring their safe, reliable, and performant operation across various projects. This role involves leading end-to-end systems engineering, developing requirements, integrating multiple subsystems, and providing technical authority for utility-scale projects.

• Lead end-to-end systems engineering for BESS products
• Develop and maintain system-level requirements and interface control documents
• Integrate energy storage, PCS, safety, controls, and communications subsystems
• Serve as a technical authority for BESS system architecture and integration
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, controls, and system-level issues on deployed assets
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement
