Sales Engineer - Energy Solutions

Aggreko is seeking a commercially driven Sales Engineer to expand our energy solutions business in the Bucharest area. You will develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and manage the full sales cycle for our power generation and temperature control solutions across various industries. This field-based role requires extensive travel and a consultative approach to problem-solving.

• Develop and grow customer portfolio through prospecting and business development
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to identify business opportunities
• Develop tailored technical and commercial proposals
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
