Sidecar Health is seeking a remote Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for existing groups in Florida, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. You will attend client meetings, provide education and enrollment support, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive renewals.

Attend client meetings across Florida for relationship building and enrollment support
Lead renewal discussions, negotiating terms and pricing
Proactively identify obstacles and collaborate with internal teams for solutions
Oversee resolution of escalated client issues
Requires 3+ years of account management experience in health insurance or employee benefits
