Account Executive

Terminix is seeking an Account Executive to sell commercial pest management services and products to new and existing clients. This role involves prospecting, inspecting properties for pests, developing sales strategies, and building customer relationships. The position requires travel within the assigned territory and offers a base salary with commission potential.

• Sell commercial pest management services and products
• Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling and networking
• Inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions
• Develop territory strategies to exceed sales targets
• Maintain knowledge of company programs, pricing, and service offerings
• Utilize company sales CRM for daily activities and performance tracking
