Sales Representative

Mars is seeking a Sales Representative to work closely with customers, understand their needs, and recommend product solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, processing sales, and maintaining product knowledge. This role requires a driver's license and the ability to work flexible hours within assigned territories.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned area
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
