Senior Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

AlertMedia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with the Enterprise Sales team, serving as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer buying journey. You will help large organizations evaluate AlertMedia's platform, lead technical discovery, deliver tailored demonstrations, and guide customers through technical evaluations. This role is crucial for securing technical wins by simplifying complex concepts and solving business problems.

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to drive technical strategy
• Lead consultative technical discovery sessions
• Deliver compelling, value-based product demonstrations
• Design and guide technical evaluations and proof of concepts
• Become a subject matter expert on the AlertMedia platform
• Own technical responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
