Account Executive

Support Relationship Managers in client acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and retention by managing complex client requests and liaising with internal specialist teams. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, coordinate client meetings, and assist in achieving financial and service objectives.

• Assist Relationship Managers with client servicing and engagement
• Liaise with clients on banking, investments, credit, and digital solutions
• Collaborate with Operations and support functions for client outcomes
• Manage new account queries and complex servicing requests
• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies
• Maintain accurate records and manage multiple priorities
