Major Projects Sales Executive, HVAC Controls

Carrier is seeking a Major Projects Sales Executive to drive strategic growth in building automation solutions. This role involves identifying, developing, and closing large, complex opportunities by understanding customer goals and delivering tailored solutions that integrate Carrier equipment with Automated Logic controls. You will build relationships, influence early-stage design, and lead the full sales cycle to deliver long-term value.

• Identify, develop, and close large, complex building automation opportunities
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of multi-million-dollar opportunities
• Expand regional market share by targeting high-value verticals
• Lead the sale of integrated, bundled offerings combining ALC controls with Carrier equipment
• Engage owners, developers, and consulting engineers early in the project lifecycle
• Develop and execute winning strategies for large, multi-stakeholder opportunities
