About this role
Lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in the US while also carrying a personal outbound quota. This player-coach role involves managing and developing the BDR team (75% of your time) and contributing to personal sales targets (25%). You will set standards, build the BDR playbook for the Americas, and ensure the team meets quotas.
What we are looking for
6- Lead and coach US-based BDRs on prospecting and qualifying enterprise opportunities
- Develop and refine the US outbound BDR playbook
- Manage an individual outbound target within CPG, Retail, and Telecommunications sectors
- Execute strategic, multi-channel outreach to engage complex buying groups
- Transition vetted leads to Account Executives using the MEDDIC framework
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry gatherings
