Regional Vice President, Employer Sales - East

OneImaging is seeking a Regional Vice President of Employer Sales to drive new business within the enterprise employer market. This individual contributor role involves owning a territory and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with large self-insured employers. The position focuses on establishing OneImaging as a leader in healthcare cost containment and member experience.

• Own territory and execute go-to-market strategy targeting large self-insured employers
• Build and manage pipeline through direct outreach, partnerships, and broker relationships
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Engage senior stakeholders in Benefits, HR, Finance, and Total Rewards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal
• Represent OneImaging at industry events and conferences
