Inside Sales Rep

United Rentals is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Orlando, FL. This role is crucial for implementing the branch's business plan by managing equipment rentals, customer relations, telemarketing, and collections. You will proactively drive revenue by renting and selling equipment, advising on product needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage in-branch equipment rentals and customer relations
• Drive revenue through equipment rental and sales
• Establish new accounts via telemarketing and serving call-in customers
• Process rental quotations, reservations, contracts, and invoices
• Educate customers on equipment usage and safety
• Coordinate equipment pickups and returns, and maintain inventory records
