Account Executive, Field Sales & Training - Houston

Sol de Janeiro, a globally recognized beauty brand, is seeking an experienced Field Sales and Training Account Executive in Houston. This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service through strategic in-store programs, events, and education. You will collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to achieve sales goals and enhance brand presence.

• Drive retail sales performance and establish strong relationships with retail partners
• Develop and execute seasonal sales plans, in-store programs, events, and training
• Conduct product training for retail staff and manage brand advocacy
• Evaluate inventory levels and support visual merchandising updates
• Manage territory T&E budget and oversee freelance coverage
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in skincare/hair and body field sales or account coordination
