Commercial Sales Support

McCoy's is seeking a Commercial Sales Support professional to assist outside sales representatives in selling lumber, building materials, and maintenance products. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking inventory, and coordinating deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist outside sales representatives with customer needs and sales activities
• Process sales orders, quote prices, and manage credit terms
• Track stock levels and coordinate special orders and deliveries
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Handle inbound sales calls and outbound lead follow-ups
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
