Sales Development Representative

Hightouch is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate leads and build sales processes for their Agentic Marketing Platform. This role involves outbound outreach to engineers, marketers, and operations teams, requiring intelligence and strong communication skills. You will contribute to defining sales strategies and engaging with new sign-ups to schedule meetings.

• Generate top-of-funnel leads through various outreach methods
• Research and craft personalized outreach to target accounts
• Develop creative strategies to guide prospects to free trial
• Help define and improve sales processes and strategies
• Monitor new sign-ups and engage them to schedule sales meetings
• Meet monthly sales goals and execute against them
